i stumbled across this band through my brightest diamond's mailing list, who is apparently going to tour with christine and the queens. christine is the only member - she's a fake transvestite who holds a pair of scissors on stage.
someday i want to go to france and tour the museums and countryside and seasides. i need to learn french.
"she's a fake transvestite" I thought she was just fashionably french. I like this video and her weirdness. it's sort of what it feels like being an infp, to me at least.
ReplyDeletefrench is easier to learn as a language then others.. you could even go to the library and learn french on audio. and just keep listening to it on headphones until you learn the language. i think they also have the rosetta stone learning tools. It would be enjoyable and completely free. I studied french in high school but all i remember are the curse words that i sought out ;) which is really unfortunate.
yeah i like her weirdness also - she seems to be living in her own little world. :)
Deleteusing the library is a good idea - i don't often think of it. maybe they'll have some good bilingual books, which would be how i'd like to learn it. that and google translate. i like discovering words that way.
i took two years of latin in high school and all i remember is agricola (farmer). but, maybe we remember more than we think we do. :)
